Pax Earth Japan had a monthly meeting on November 3rd, 2009 at corporate office of Kadinche Corporation in Tokyo. Totally three members were present in the meeting. In this meeting, we focus on not discussion but document works.
Shunsuke was creating a presentation slide for Study Tour organized by Pax Earth. The tour is intended for Japanese students who wish to study about NPO, nature conservation, and social innovations. Yohei was working on website matters especially regarding the Keys to Bhutan Japanese Edition. He was also writing a program for Nepal Project Presentation which will be held in Tokyo on December 6th, 2009. Soko was preparing annual report which should be given to our funding agency. He was also creating the task list for Pax Earth Nepal. These are the lists of jobs which Pax Earth Japan wants Pax Earth Nepal to execute in Nepal.
