The 10th Board Meeting of Pax Earth Nepal (PEN) was held at its Secretariat, Pashupati, Kathmandu at 18:00hrs to 19:00hrs on Wednesday December 5, 2012. The meeting was chaired by President Mr. Sujan Koirala and attended by the following Board Members:
1. Mr. Sujan Koirala – President
2. Mr. Shreebatsa Basnyat – Vice President
3. Mr. Binod P. Mainali – Secretary
4. Mr. Bal Gopal Shrestha – Treasurer
5. Mr. Guna Raj Pyakurel – Joint Secretary
6. Mr. Laxman B. Pahari – Executive Member
7. Mr. Harihar Sapkota – Executive Member
The agendas and decisions are presented below.
Agenda 1) Holding 4th Annual General Meeting
Decision: The Board, after comprehensive discussion, unanimously made a decision to hold 4th Annual General Meeting of PEN at High Road Café, Mitrapark, Kathmandu from 9:00am to 11:00am on Saturday December 22, 2012. The Board also formed a three member’s ‘4th AGM Organising Committee’ consisted of the following members and delegated the full authority to conduct the AGM.
1. Secretary Mr. Binod P. Mainali – Coordinator
2. Treasurer Mr. Bal Gopal Shrestha – Member
3. Joint Secretary Mr. Guna Raj Pyakurel – Member
As the meeting was solely called to make a decision on the date, time and venue of 4th AGM of the PEN, President Mr. Koirala, at the end, thanked all the Board Members for their active and valuable participation and adjourned the meeting formally.
